Welcome to our naturally restful Spa with pool, jacuzzi, dry sauna, aroma steam sauna, and relaxation room with fruit and water. All our Day Spa experiences includes a loan of a bathrobe and towel. Bring your own slippers and swimwear of course. In order for our therapists to be able to give you both your desired time and the treatment you have chosen, we should have your booking well in advance of your arrival. Shower with soap, without swimwear, is mandatory before the sauna and jacuzzi!
We have a pool!
It is 12 meters long, 4 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep and maintains between 28-30 degrees. The pool is for everyone, both hotel guests and those who choose to come for the day. We welcome different age groups and will continue with special spa dates for children.

Copper Cave
Now you can book our Copper Cave! This is our private cozy bath that you can rent by the hour.
The room has a round bubble bath and a shower and toilet. Bath salts are included for the bath.

Day Hike with Spa

We pack the picnic that you pick up at about 11.00 am before you set out on a wonderful day in our beautiful nature.
Walk along streams, the sea and the beach. The contrasts are many and the views spectacular.
Nature has its charms in all seasons.
Finish with a nice and relaxing time in our Spa which opens at 4.00 pm.
Picnic to bring (Wraps, apple, dried fruits and seeds, coffee/tea and water)

Our products
Apple series
Most of our own products are inspired by apples (of course…) as befits Österlen. Natural and organic as far as possible. They are made in Sweden. The raw materials come from Naturkosmetikkompaniet, which stands for quality and knowledge since 35 years back with the same owner. We mix the oil and scrub ourselves. Everything is tapped on site by hand with us. Soap, body oil and shampoo/shower are available in our hotel rooms. In the Spa we use soap and shampoo/shower in the guest areas and in treatments we have Apple Oil and also Apple Scrub.
Pevonia
We have been using Pevonia’s products for a number of years as the holistic approach is important and the products are effective and natural.
Pevonia is a member of the Organic Trade Association and holds a CTN Green Excellence Award. Malie (pronounced mah-lee-ay)
Aloha! Malie’s products from Hawaii are close to our hearts. Inspired by Kauai’s plant life, Malie was created by Dana Roberts and her husband about 15 years ago and is still a small family business. Natural ingredients, no chemicals and locally grown in Hawaii. Potent Hawaiian botanical scents are the foundation of every Malie product. Organic natural and wild growing ingredients in the body products without parabens, sulfates, mineral oils, silicone, talc, gluten, etc. The base is the Hawaiian Hydrosols, which are aromatic floral waters produced via an advanced distillation process to capture the essence of the natural tropical flora in plants and flowers such as Plumeria, Pikake (Hawaiian Jasmine), Maile/Koke’e, Mango nectar, Hibiscus and Coconut. We have been using these products in our Hawaiian treatments for 10 years. You can also buy some of Malie’s products from us. For example, the wonderful sugar scrub, bath salts, shower cream, body lotion, soy candles, reed diffusers (room scent with sticks in a beautiful vessel), Island Ambiance Mist and the Botany Beauty Box with four amazing facial products.
