Morning swim

Wake up your body in a pleasant way. Enjoy our temperate pool.
A wonderful stretch for all joints and a wonderful way to both exercise and have fun at the same time.
Borrow a towel, bring your own slippers and swimwear.

The pool is 12 meters long and 4 meters wide, the temperature is between 28-30°C.

Aquatraining

The aqua training at Kiviks Hotell is a modern form of water exercise and borrows elements from various forms of exercise such as strength training, pilates, kundalini and yin yoga. The session always starts and ends with flex/stretching and conscious breathing. The music has been carefully selected to suit the different parts of the exercise. Creative Carina Nibér, who teaches the classes, has experience in several different water sports and forms of exercise. She has previously led Aquatraining in Bali.

Aqua Strength is an intense and pleasureable aquatic workout for adults who are used to training. The session includes aerobic exercise, tabata with water boxing and strength training with water equipment. From 18 years and older. We practice to 60s, 70s, 80s hits and finish with yoga music.

Aqua Flex is a fun water exercise at a calm and meditative pace. The focus is on flexibility, balance and mobility. We train on playful exercises like the Swan, the Seahorse and the Dolphin as well as light strength exercises and circuit training. Mainly suitable for 65 + but open to anyone over the age of 14. We practice at a leisurely pace to yoga music with harp and birds chirping.
