Whether you just want to run on the treadmill for half an hour before breakfast, or if you want to give your whole body a good workout, you are welcome to our gym. In addition to two treadmills, there are enough machines and equipment to give your muscles the daily challenges they are used to.

The gym includes a rowing machine, a cross-trainer and a back-lifting machine. But also most things you might need for other muscle-building strength exercises, such as bench presses, adjustable benches, dumbbells and a sit-up machine. There is a yoga ball for balance training and a skipping rope for fitness.

We also have an outdoor gym, for when the weather permits.
