You will find our hotel up on the hill above the older part of Kivik with, what we think, Österlen’s most beautiful view. Watching the sun rise from the sea in the still morning is like a balm for the soul. Just sitting and looking at the horizon and letting your mind be rocked by the waves is pure meditation.
We have 32 rooms, including four suites, a tasteful restaurant, a relaxing SPA and three conference rooms. The hotel consists of three unique buildings, of which the oldest original hotel building is over 100 years old and was a favorite choice for royalty during the summers of the 1930s. Prince Eugen is no longer a regular with us, for obvious reasons, but the special Österlen light he came for is ever present all year round.
With us, you stay either in a balcony room facing the sea or with a restful view of the lush park. If you want to be spoiled by the view, we recommend that you book one of our rooms with a balcony and sea view, which allows you to get even closer to the sunrise.
Whichever room you choose, you can expect newly renovated bathrooms, peace and quiet – and a really good night’s sleep where you’ll hopefully wake up as a new person.
