In the rolling landscape of the Apple Region, just north of Kivik, you’ll find this spacious 245 m² villa—a place where tranquility, nature, and the sea come together. Here, you live next to apple orchards and enjoy sweeping views of the sea, a constant reminder of the nearby white beaches of Österlen.

A home to gather in
The villa is built over 1.5 floors with generous social spaces and room for up to 8 guests.

The villa offers four bedrooms with eight comfortable beds – ideal for families or groups who want to experience Österlen together.

Bed linen and towels are included, so you can travel light and focus entirely on your stay. Cleaning during your stay and final cleaning are not included but can easily be added.

As a guest in the villa, you also have the option to book meals and day spa experiences at the hotel to add an extra touch of luxury to your stay.

Ground floor
The open-plan kitchen and living area create a natural gathering place for long dinners and relaxing evenings together. There is also a bedroom with its own bathroom—perfect for guests who prefer comfortable living on the entrance level. From the kitchen and living area, you step directly out onto the terraces and further into the garden—an ideal spot for morning coffee in the sun.

Upper floor
Upstairs, a spacious master bedroom with its own bathroom awaits. There is also a smaller lounge area for relaxation, as well as two bedrooms that share a bathroom.

The villa is rented with a minimum stay of three nights.
