A wild cider tasting
Enjoy cider and good food, relax in a great setting with a huge view of the sea.
After checking in at the beautiful Kiviks Hotel, you will be picked up by Kiviks Taxi which will take you to a somewhat wild Cider Farm – Östersken, a small apple farm between Kivik and Stenshuvud. There will be an introduction to different apples as a raw material for cider, common features of the existing European cider crafts, and something about the new Swedish style to which the farm’s cider belongs. This will be followed by a tour of the farm while the taste buds are reset and, to round it off, a sample of wild cider.
After the guided tour and cider tasting, the taxi will take you back to the hotel where you can relax and enjoy a main course in peace and quiet.
