Matrundan takes place May 14–17
Welcome to Matrundan in Österlen. Every year during the Ascension weekend, the Food Tour is held. The first tour took place in 2008, and this year it’s time for the 19th edition.
Farms, inns, restaurants, and producers open their doors and welcome you into a world of the senses, because food should be experienced—not only through taste, but also through sight, sound, smell, and, not least, feeling!
During Matrundan, we welcome you to our restaurant for delicious food and drinks.
The menu is presented in collaboration with Österlen Sparris, Nedrabygårds Lamm, Petersborgs Gård, and OlaOls Gelato.
Menu:
Asparagus from Österlen Sparris with mustard emulsion, elderflower, trout roe, and breadcrumbs
Lamb shank from Nedraby Gård with pesto, lingonberries, endive, lamb jus, and potato cream
Fresh cheese gelato from OlaOls Gelato with strawberries, meringue, cheesecake cream, and strawberry coulis
Open Thursday–Sunday from 1:00 PM.
